  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order is processed and dispatched.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • The estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Deliveries to remote or non-serviceable areas may take longer.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, logistics issues, or regional restrictions.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if any, will be calculated at checkout and shown before payment.
  • We may offer free shipping on selected products, promotional campaigns, or order values above a certain threshold.

4. Courier Partners

We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders. Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once the shipment is dispatched.


5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times. If the recipient is unavailable, the package may be returned to us.
  • In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email/SMS.
  • You can also track your order status on our website under the “My Orders” section.

7. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit:

  • Contact our customer care within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
  • In case of damage, please share photos of the package and item for verification.
  • We will coordinate with our courier partner to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement/refund if applicable.

8. Change of Delivery Address

  • Changes to the delivery address must be requested before the order is shipped.
  • Address change requests after dispatch cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or transport interruptions.
