Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products that are damaged during transit or found to be defective upon opening are eligible for a return or replacement.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or partially consumed products.
  • Products with tampered or missing packaging/labels.
  • Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page (e.g., limited-time offers, special combos).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@abdoscare.com or call +91 98315 13907 with your Order ID and reason for return.
  2. Our customer care team will guide you through the pickup or drop-off process.
  3. Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment only.
  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, you will be requested to share bank details for a NEFT transfer.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Share photos/videos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery at info@abdoscare.com and call +91 98315 13907
  • We will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund at no extra cost.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.
